If so, our role as CODE's Marketing Manager will give you the opportunity to nurture our existing team and deliver high-quality tactics consistently.
You'll be given the opportunity to drive forward your own personal development by taking day-to-day ownership of CODE's main marketing channels - including our website - and ensure the team are delivering on social media and with events.
To succeed you'll not only have a vast array of marketing skills but you'll be unphased by occasional shifting priorities and tight deadlines. You'll be data-driven, and happy using data to communicate ideas and suggestions to our Directors.
Reporting to and working closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing, you will help translate the marketing strategy into monthly operational marketing plans.
Our Head has a track record of mentoring and developing people - helping you to reach your potential too!
Success will be measured by key metrics and potentially financially rewarded with annual review bonuses.
In the first year we'll expect you to:
successfully deliver operational marketing plans/campaigns on a month by month basis
help the team step out of their comfort zones to be creative, but also structured
use ROI to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities.
further assess the customer journey and how we can improve.
