As we evolve into a more high-end, appointment-only design studio, we're looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to craft and communicate our new story--one that sets us apart in a competitive market.
Role Overview
This is a pivotal role for a strategic and creative marketing professional who can unify and elevate our brand across three distinct service areas: Loft & Extensions, Bespoke Kitchens and Premium Glazing Solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that tells our story in compelling ways, drives qualified leads, and positions Plus Rooms as the go-to premium design and build studio in London. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy across all service areas.
Craft a compelling narrative that reflects our high-end, bespoke offering.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, print, showroom, and client communications.
Marketing Planning & Execution
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.
Identify new platforms and creative ways to tell our story.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations) to align marketing with business goals.
Digital Marketing & Data Analytics
Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance to optimise lead generation.
Manage and improve performance metrics for Google Ads and SEO.
Overhaul and modernise our outdated cost calculator tool to enhance user experience and conversion.
Content & Design
Produce high-quality content and visuals for social media, email, and website.
Ideally, bring in-house design skills to reduce outsourcing needs.
Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience in London.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Drive qualified enquiries through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.
Work closely with Sales (James) to ensure marketing efforts translate into actionable leads.
PR & Publicity
Act as a publicist for Plus Rooms--building relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners
Secure press coverage and manage reputation across platforms.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: minimum 5 - 10 years in a senior marketing role, ideally within an agency or a larger company. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
Ability to craft and communicate a compelling brand story that differentiates Plus Rooms in a competitive market. Experience in positioning high-end or premium services.
Strong understanding of holistic marketing across digital, social, PR, and offline channels. Experience in ca Experience in rebranding or brand evolution projects. campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Creative Vision - An ideas-driven individual who can bring Demonstrated ability to develop and unify brand identity across multiple service areas. Experience in rebranding or brand evolution projects.
Proficient in Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and using data to drive decisions. Ability to interpret website and campaign data to optimise lead generation and conversion.
Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and hands-on experience with CRM systems. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads and improve engagement.
Competent in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce in-house content and reduce outsourcing.
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills. Ability to create engaging content tailored to the London market.
Experience in driving and converting leads through targeted marketing efforts. Understanding of customer journeys and sales funnel optimisation.
Experience in managing PR campaigns, securing media coverage, and acting as a brand spokesperson.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with the residential design and build sector.
Good understanding of London homeowners and the competitive landscape.
Ability to update and improve website tools (e.g. cost calculator) in collaboration with developers or independently.
