We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will keep campaigns on track, organise people and keep momentum high. This is a hands-on manager's role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery, build on what already works, and introduce smarter, more effective ways of doing things as you go.

You'll be trusted to lead, supported to grow, and given the space to make real improvements. If you enjoy structure and creativity, planning and execution, you'll feel right at home.

You'll be doing this for CODE, a student accommodation provider who goes that bit further -- we design, build, rent and manage exceptional student living spaces while also providing superb customer welfare and care. With a strong portfolio, with 100% occupancy since launching across Leicester and Coventry and expansion plans across the UK, this is an exciting time to join us.

The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you'll take the existing strategy and use it to drive marketing activity across the website, social media and events.

Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll turn the strategy into clear, monthly marketing plans -- keeping the team focused, organised and moving forward.

You'll be responsible for:

Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Leading, supporting and developing junior team members Keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment Using data and insight to improve performance and ROI Continuously reviewing and improving the customer journey

What Success Looks Like:

In your first year, you'll:

Deliver consistent, well-executed monthly marketing plans Build a confident, motivated and well-structured team Use performance data to identify improvements and new opportunities Improve the customer journey to drive engagement and conversion
Success is measured against clear metrics and may be financially rewarded through annual review bonuses.
