We have a fantastic, enthusiastic team seeking the ideal Marketing Manager. Our experienced Head of Marketing is the perfect leader, who will coach, mentor and develop you to your full potential.

You will be a full-stack marketeer; driven, commercially minded and results orientated. You will have an analytical, structured approach that values team collaboration. You will have the unique opportunity of being able to drive your own visions forward through the day-to-day ownership of CODE's main marketing channels and receiving full credit for the achievements. This will include the website, lead conversion and social media.

Reporting to and working closely with our award-winning Head of Sales & Marketing, you will help translate the marketing strategy into a tangible year-long marketing plan each cycle.

Success will be measured by key metrics which go on to be financially rewarded with annual review bonuses.

In the first year, we'll expect you to:

Deliver a strong plan, assessing ROI, delivering reports and identifying areas of improvement. Support the team to develop to the best of their potential within a structured and solutions-orientated approach. Analyse the customer journey and deliver solutions to continue our improvement program.
We thrive on a collaborative, reactive business model. Quick to change to our environment, and as such, we are a

full-time role with the ability to work from home for projects / confidential tasks.

THE BUSINESS & WORKPLACE

CODE Student Accommodation offers high-quality student rooms in Leicester and Coventry - with plans to expand into other cities. A fast-paced, adaptive business, with a real focus on enhancing a student's time at university.

We offer newly built, spacious offices with free car parking. You'll mainly be based in our Leicester office, with some travel to our site in Coventry city centre.
