We're looking for a

Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of experience

who is eager to grow ( 3+ years preferred )take ownership of campaigns, and help us build a strong brand presence.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you'll support and deliver our marketing activities across social media, digital channels, and community outreach. You'll work closely with the management team to design creative campaigns that bring in new guests, engage existing customers, and showcase our projects to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns. Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Create engaging content--posts, photos, short videos, and stories. Support email marketing campaigns using platforms like Brevo or Mailchimp. Help coordinate events, promotions, and collaborations. Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports. Research local marketing opportunities, partnerships, and PR contacts. Ensure branding and messaging stay consistent across all platforms.

Requirements

At least

1 year of experience

in marketing Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills. Creative eye for visuals and content creation. Comfortable with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video-editing apps. Eagerness to learn and grow into a larger marketing role.

Desirable:

Experience with paid ads (Google or Meta). Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp). Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling through culture.
