About the Role


We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and strategic

Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our marketing function. In this standalone role, you'll shape and deliver the marketing vision for DCo and our sister company, Newgale Lodge.From developing brand strategy to producing day-to-day content, this is your chance to build and lead a marketing function that reflects our bold mission and values.

What You'll Do



Own the marketing strategy

from end to end, aligning it with business objectives Plan, create, and schedule marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Write and edit compelling content including blog posts, social media copy, email campaigns, and web pages Manage our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), tracking performance and engagement Maintain and update the website with fresh, optimised content Design and deliver email campaigns and lead capture tools using HubSpot Conduct market research and analyse customer behaviour to refine campaigns and messaging Collaborate with internal team members, freelancers, and external partners Contribute marketing materials for both DCo and Newgale Lodge

What You'll Bring



A strong grasp of marketing strategy and content creation Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and platforms Understanding of SEO and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Confidence using content and design tools such as Canva and CapCut Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot (or willingness to learn) Organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail Self-motivation and the ability to manage projects independently A driving licence (essential for site visits and off-site content creation)

Experience Level


Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is highly desirable, but we're open to candidates who demonstrate the right mindset, skills, and motivation to grow into the role.

: On-site at The Development Company, Haverfordwest

Days

: Monday to Friday

Hours

: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours/week with a 1-hour lunch break)

: Living Wage paid
