ABOUT US

We are a fast growing, results based, growth orientated company, looking for

an exceptional Marketing Manager with a background in B2B industrial marketing to lead our marketing initiatives within the packaging machinery industry, and to join our dynamic team for the next stage of our expansion across the UK and Europe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the machinery and manufacturing industry and will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across key markets.

You will be part of the wider Autopack Holdings Group which is situation in Hereford and manage the marketing operations of the other UK wide companies within the Group.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or capital goods. Strong understanding of the packaging machinery ecosystem, customer buying behavior, and industry trends. Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience managing trade shows and large-scale industrial events. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Technical aptitude and comfort working with engineering teams and complex machinery products. Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in line with fast moving deadlines and changing deadlines...
RESPONSIBILIITIES

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans/strategy, aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships with key organisations and events

Campaign Execution

Plan, create, and manage targeted B2B marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, trade shows) to generate leads and increase visibility. Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to create marketing schedules to promote new machinery, upgrades, and services.

Digital Marketing

Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertising, and social media efforts. Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for campaign management and nurturing programs.

Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints including print, digital, and experiential. Manage collateral development such as brochures, case studies, photo and videos shoots.

Event Marketing

Lead trade show planning, industry event participation, and webinar strategy to promote product offering.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs and campaign performance to measure ROI and optimise marketing spend. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership
