Job Description

We are looking to expand our team to include a talented Marketing professional - one that is knowledgeable, skilled and demonstrably effective at customer acquisition and brand communication particularly within the eCommerce and social media environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE




As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our suppliers, department heads, in-house creative team, and Directors. You will be required to take full ownership and responsibility for both your individual role and the marketing department as a whole. You will also be expected to successfully promote our products and services to our core markets and consumers through a well-developed, visually comprehensive, and successful marketing campaign strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth. Leading social media initiatives and maximizing the potential of our platforms to generate measurable growth. Collaborate with directors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs. Manage the department budget and present performance updates to leadership. Represent Trekitt in cross-functional meetings and with our wider Frilufts/Fenix Group. Support and develop your team, encouraging continuous learning and growth.

WHO YOU ARE



3-5 years' experience in marketing management with a proven campaign track record. Degree or equivalent professional qualification. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. Passion for the outdoors and understanding of outdoor customers and brands. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong design eye and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Skilled in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Teams.
