Marketing Manager

Location: Fenstanton (with travel to St Ives, March & Chatteris)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Ellis Winters

- one of the area's leading and long-established estate agents for sales and lettings.

Love Your Let

- our dedicated lettings brand, growing in presence and recognition.

Love Your Estate

- a new and exciting block and estate management service, ready to be launched into the local market.
Our businesses are trusted, professional, and rooted in the local community. We want our marketing to reflect not only our expertise, but also the warmth and energy of the people behind our brands.

The Role

You'll work directly with a Director to create, develop and implement a clear marketing strategy across all three businesses. From planning campaigns to rolling them out across multiple channels, you'll take ownership of our marketing activity and make sure our message cuts through.

This is a hands-on, office-based role in Fenstanton, with regular travel to our branches in St Ives, March and Chatteris.

What We're Looking For

We don't need you to be an estate agency expert - we need a marketing expert. Someone who understands how to connect with local audiences, who knows B2C marketing inside out, and who can both plan strategically and deliver practically.

You'll need to be:

Experienced in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Creative and confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table. Skilled in multi-channel marketing (digital, social, print, events). Able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
