We are seeking a full-time, commercially minded, Marketing Manager to own and lead the development of our marketing strategy, brand, drive both external and internal marketing efforts, establish a strong lead-generation strategy from the ground up and provide a measurable return on investment.
A key focus of this role will be the imminent launch and growth of our new Service Assurance Platform - a unique service designed to streamline our clients' internal IT operations and compliance while offering essential monitoring and protection for vulnerable adults and children based in assisted living and special needs education.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a marketing-driven strategy for product awareness, brand and new logo lead generation ensuring alignment with agreed budgets and ROI.
Collaborate with partners and vendors (including Microsoft), and web and graphic design agencies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Establish a strong national digital presence on LinkedIn, including daily / weekly posts, structured product and service campaigns, and spontaneous topical updates.
Contribute to the creation of high-impact client service performance reports, newsletters, service documentation, client communications, and white papers.
Work with UK Care and regional business publications to maintain a consistent flow of relevant news and updates.
Support the planning and execution of frequent webinars, a twice annual national conference and attendance at Care Shows held at the NEC and London Excel.
Utilise marketing initiatives to maintain a clean, client and prospect database, tracking activity and performance within our CRM system.
Strengthen internal branding and well-being initiatives to foster engagement and alignment across the organisation.
About You:
Proven B2B marketing experience in a complex, regulated industry.
Comfortable working at a national level with enterprise-sized organisations.
Skilled in targeting multiple key contacts within each organisation.
Proficient in managing both digital, in-person and traditional marketing strategies.
Able to coordinate multiple third-party providers in marketing execution.
Proactive in identifying and promoting positive stories from the team.
Willing to challenge ideas and explore campaign opportunities based on key insights.
Capable of transforming single news items into cohesive, strategic campaigns.
Able to monitor Social Care and Technology trends and build supporting wrap around campaigns.
Experienced in recruiting and managing a team to support marketing objectives.
Able to align marketing strategy with a measurable ROI.
Understands that the marketing journey ultimately drives lead generation.
Background in marketing for Social Care, Social Impact Charities, or Special Needs Education is advantageous.

40,000 to 50,000 (DOE)

Following induction we operate a hybrid working environment typically based on one day in the King's Lynn office and four days working from home. You may be required to attend the office on additional days for special events.
