We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our marketing efforts in London and Surrey.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote Cozi luxe brand, products, and services. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Your creative mindset, analytical skills, and passion for home improvement and sustainability will be essential in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to generate leads and boost sales. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate our offerings. Oversee the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to optimize user experience and drive traffic. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to create compelling content and sales materials that align with the company's brand message. Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the home improvement or related industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree will be advantageous. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and market research. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance metrics. Passion for home improvement and environmental sustainability. Must be able to generate and manage leads
