Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Manager to run our busy marketing office at Whitehall Garden centre. You will report to the Junior Director and ensure the team work to standards set by the company.

The ideal candidate must be:

organised and focused

Friendly and willing to get stuck in

Self-motivated

Good people management skills

Experienced in Adobe platforms (not a necessity)


Responsibilities & Skills:

Ensuring all marketing is planned, organised and delivered to the brand standard and deadline in line with seasonal requirements. Responsible for managing the Junior Graphic Designer role. Communicate with all relevant departments to deliver seasonal marketing plans and ensure all in house design work is produced in line with deadlines by the Junior Graphic Designer. Set up the annual marketing plan for the upcoming year in-line with marketing budget. Book and organise magazine adverts & mail-drops for the year. Liaise with Junior Graphic Designer for artwork in line with deadlines. Organise the distribution dates, postcodes & quantities for our Beautiful Gardens Magazines with external company. Run The Whitehall Club and new app in line with in store promotions & events, sending out communications and organising monthly promotions to be set up. Liaise with external companies to manage the Whitehall website; including design projects, google & meta-ads. This includes fortnightly/monthly meetings to ensure these companies are producing what is required within the timelines and budgets for forecasted sales. Run our social media channels including; Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Liaise with the Junior Graphic designer to set up email marketing campaigns to be designed and sent out weekly/ monthly in-line with marketing requirements. Researching markets and competitors to identify opportunities for marketing plans and offers. Come up with new ideas for Whitehall's marketing. Manage charity & donation requests in-line with budgets Post-marketing evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports)
