Marketing Manager - Product Management & Copywriting

Seacroft Leeds, West Yorkshire (100% office based)

This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and experienced in a fast-paced B2B trade sales environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their management skills and take on real responsibility from day one.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you'll work closely with an external creative agency and internal stakeholders. You will manage two direct reports to keep projects running smoothly and ensure top-quality service delivery. Your attention to detail is paramount as you will be responsible for ensuring brochures have the correct specifications and all published marketing materials are 100 percent correct before print.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate tasks with internal teams and track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Ensure new product spec is accurate, execute design changes and feature updates as required Manage a team of two direct reports to support them to update and maintain the website and social media pages with correct product content Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports Communicate with the Commercial Director through regular check-ins and project updates
The successful candidate will have

experience in the Bathroom industry, a background in Product Management and/or Project Management in a Marketing role will have experience providing direction and support to a small team, will be prepared to commute to our modern and comfortable office environment on a daily basis

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
