Primetake's Sales & Marketing team is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead and deliver targeted B2B marketing activities. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement and profitable partnership growth, with a strong emphasis on quality and ROI.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has extensive experience across the full marketing operation, managing tools, channels and campaigns.
From launching new campaigns and optimising our digital presence to creating bespoke client content, your work will play a vital role in strengthening and evolving our brand in key target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Market Research
- develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Content Creation
- Produce engaging, high-quality content for multiple channels.
Analytics & Optimisation
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Additional duties include:
Maintaining and updating our digital platforms.
Managing ongoing updates to marketing materials.
Leveraging external affiliates for editorial and advertorial opportunities.
Planning and delivering trade events.
Coordinating with external agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
Occasional travel (2-3 times per year)
Qualification & Experience
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools, AI platforms, CMS systems, and plugins (e.g., Adobe Suite, Office 365).
Experience in marketing strategy and managing full campaign cycles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualifications/experience).
Desirable:
Marketing experience in the Manufacturing or Defence sectors.
Experience in global marketing.
A strong mix of digital and traditional marketing within an SME environment.
Knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, WordPress, SEMrush, LinkedIn and general web design.
