As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a confident, creative and commercially-minded marketing professional to join our fantastic team at our semi-rural offices near Lincoln. Driving our brand visibility, you will be key in planning and developing our strategic marketing with a strong digital and social media focus.
The Role
This role blends digital marketing and content creation. You will understand the importance of customer insight and research and by being a hands-on expert in the use of social media, you'll take full ownership of our marketing output - creating campaigns that showcase our work, engage our audience and connect with our current and potential clients.
You will also be the face of Henson Franklyn at exhibitions and networking events, promoting our services, building relationships and actively identifying opportunities to secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver a results-driven social media strategy, increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
Create high-quality content that highlights our expertise, creativity and industry leadership.
Develop campaigns that directly support new business goals, to identify target audiences and generate enquiries.
Attend exhibitions and events to represent Henson Franklyn, promote services and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
About You
A confident communicator with experience in all marketing channels.
Proven success in using social media to drive engagement, visibility and leads.
Skilled in analytics and paid campaigns.
Organised, proactive and driven to make things happen.
Proven track record in briefing content creation and planning
Commercially focused - motivated by results, new client wins and tangible growth.
Must be a driver and have own transportation
