This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning SaaS business as a Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager who will have responsibility for implementing our marketing strategy alongside the Head of Business Growth and the wider Business Development Team. The purpose of the marketing strategy is to generate leads and to maximise product awareness.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving personal sales targets, and to contribute to the wider team's targets and organisational goals.

Key Functions:



To implement the Videosign Marketing Strategy to maximise sales and product awareness To produce external marketing and communications materials To maintain the Videosign website and social media platforms To work alongside the Business Development team to grow brand awareness across a range of sectors and support the growth of Videosign

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Marketing and Sales Support



1. Oversee the implementation of Videosign marketing strategy in order to maximise sales and product awareness:

Develop a marketing operational plan in coordination with the Business Development team Coordinate the dissemination of content across a range of channels Regularly review the approach to ensure its effectiveness Develop and maintain the Videosign website and social platform accounts to ensure they remain current, accurate and focused on the Videosign offer Coordinate campaigns to promote Videosign products and services
2. Create engaging and creative marketing and communication materials to drive sales, generate leads and grow the business:

Create a range of content for the website and social media accounts in conjunction with the Videosign team members, customers and partners Design and produce printed collateral Work with Videosign team members to produce training videos, animations and learning guides for Videosign customers Write and coordinate communications, including newsletters, direct mail-outs and internal updates Work across Videosign teams to identify and share appropriate customer feedback via all marketing channels Produce case studies in a range of media including written, photographs and videos
3. Be the first point of contact for responding to communications via social media platforms

4. Lead on the implementation of the Videosign brand across all internal and external communication platforms

5. Delivering external training and webinars, including:

Supporting colleagues with the organisation of events and workshops (face-to-face and online) Coordinate bookings, speakers, catering and other arrangements as required Coordinate marketing activities to maximise attendance and output Collate and action feedback to support continuous improvement Attend and deliver meetings and presentations to customers and other stakeholders
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

7. Develop, maintain and evaluate procedures and systems relevant to marketing and communications role, including:

Marketing Website and social media platform maintenance External communications
8. Represent Videosign at events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, and to generate leads.

9. Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer questions, enquiries, and requests.

Leadership, Monitoring and Reporting



10. Monitor progress towards Key Performance Indicators in line with the Marketing Strategy and Operational Plan.

11. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information relating to marketing and business development.

12. Participate in team meetings and planning days, including providing information and data on sales activities.

13. Provide line management and/or supervision to team members, including interns and/or apprentices as required:

Be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries and support Deliver training and provide resources/ materials Set realistic targets and deadlines Undertake appraisals and performance management Motivate and identify ways to get the best from individuals
14. Work with the Head of Business Growth and Chief Executive Officer to set marketing goals and develop marketing strategies.

15. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

16. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in local and national consultations and events.

General Responsibilities



17. Maintain up to date records of activities in databases and systems in accordance with policies and procedures.

18. Work with other members of the Videosign team to co-ordinate activity in line with agree procedures.

19. Travel to, and work from any site that the duties of the job may require.

20. Carry out any other duties as specified, from time to time by the Management Team.

22. Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and Videosign policies, and that all functions are undertaken in accordance with health and safety legislation, codes of practice, and the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organisation.

24. Possess a strong understanding of Videosign's software and related technologies to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Person Specification



Experience



Experience of designing and implementing effective national and local marketing and communication strategies and campaigns Experience of writing in different styles and registers for a range of purposes Experience of creating high-quality and engaging content for different audiences and in a range of formats Experience of generating leads and supporting sales functions and/or maintain customer relationships Experience in a Fin Tech or related setting Experience collecting, analysing and presenting customer data to inform marketing strategies.

Skills/Abilities



Ability to use a wide range of design and communications software including Photoshop, canva, website content management systems, hubspot (or similar CRMs) and Microsoft Office packages for a range of purpose Be a confident communicator and a driven individual with a proven work ethic. Have exceptional interpersonal skills. Have high energy, be proactive, entrepreneurial, dynamic and a self-starter. Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and use own initiative to meet agreed targets. Be able to develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to understand, use and interpret customer information to inform marketing activities. Good understanding of the requirements for marketing/selling ICT or FinTech products. Ability to?represent Videosign in discussions with customers and other stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communication with a variety of audiences. Ability to organise work on multiple projects/accounts at once. Ability to work as part of a team remotely. Ability to identify and solve problems and suggest solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
