We need to shift the narrative from 'juice is juice' to 'Tropicana is THAT Juice' and build next-level brand differentiation and fame for the brand. Working as part of a relatively small and entrepreneurial brand and insights team, you'll be the brand custodian, responsible for leading the short to mid-term brand growth strategy and plans that will transform penetration, share, and brand equity and in turn drive financial growth.

Tropicana Marketing Manager
to join our fantastic Marketing Team in London!
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in leading brand turnarounds and out-performance. In this role, you will :
Lead the Tropicana brand growth strategy over a 18m and 3-year timeframe, leveraging strong insight skills, and in- depth consumer and market understanding to inform the breakthrough strategy and how to win plans.
Lead the Tropicana portfolio strategy, defining clear portfolio roles and prioritisation
Lead the renovation and innovation strategy and pipeline for Tropicana across packaging and product and lead the execution of innovation in chilled Juice.
Working closely with the UK&I Marketing Director in the development of outstanding through-the-line communications plans off the 'It's THAT Juice' platform that will transform brand salience, and differentiation. You will partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams in the brilliant end to end execution.
Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights team and category to be one step ahead on performance, drivers, and proactively recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back into the business as required.
Consumer obsession. Along with the Marketing Director UK&I and Insights lead, you will play a key role in driving the consumer centricity of the business, ensuring insight at the heart of decisions and fostering a culture of curiosity.
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
The successful candidate will have :
Have a proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that have driven brand turnarounds and category out-performance, within consumer goods categories, and ideally other commoditising FMCG categories.
Highly experienced in leading innovation and communications strategies and plans. Within brand comms you will have highly developed first hand digital / social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences.
You have a restlessness around winning in the market and delivering top-tier performance. You have an 'act like it is your business' mentality and sense of accountability and passion.
You will be able to work exceptionally cross functionally. Essential in Tropicana Brands Group is the ability to work across teams, sometimes as lead, sometimes as an input with the outcome of winning and flying together.
Highly curious, and consumer centric with natural passion for brands, and takes a proactive interest in consumer trends and behaviour.
You are wired for action, highly proactive, know when to move into execution & act with pace, are entrepreneurial & willing to take some risks
