Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (6 month FTC) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a creative thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target market, utilising tools such as SEO and Google Ads to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and Google Ads, to increase brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Excel to inform future strategies. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels including social media, email, and website. Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment for all marketing activities.

Skills

Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in SEO techniques and digital marketing tools Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis. Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide team members. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: 45,625.00-55,000.00 per year
