Role Overview




The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for a portfolio of key partners. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution to drive impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT channel, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Partner Strategy:

Develop and implement end-to-end marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive partner success.

Budget Management:

Pitch for partner funding, manage budgets, and ensure all marketing activity is compliant for funding claims.

Campaign Management:

Lead all stages of campaign execution, including planning, content creation, stakeholder collaboration, and post-campaign analysis.

Lead Generation:

Build a robust pipeline of marketing activity to generate qualified leads and support sales growth.

Performance Analysis:

Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimise future performance.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure full compliance with partner marketing guidelines and manage timely, accurate submission of funding claims.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, acting as a key marketing advisor.

Agency Coordination:

Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the IT channel or a similar B2B environment. Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Financially literate with experience managing budgets and ROI-driven campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing, events management, and content creation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus. Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
