We are working with a not-for-profit social enterprise working within the hospitality, food, and drink industries. We have loved this organisation since it's launch in 2020 and have worked closely with the founder on a number of important initiatives within the industry.
They are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute their marketing initiatives, ensuring that their campaigns, impact and research reaches the right audiences.
The Key Responsibilities of the role:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify the mission, campaigns, and initiatives across the UK hospitality industry.
Campaign Development: Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with their mission and business objectives.
Digital & Social Strategy: Lead their digital marketing efforts--including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation--to enhance online engagement and drive traffic.
Brand Building: Strengthen their brand identity through messaging, and effective storytelling.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Partnerships and Community teams to ensure marketing efforts align with their broader engagement strategy.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.
Collaborate with media partners and journalists to increase coverage and awareness' of their work.
Engage with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders
Lead public-facing communication strategies to generate widespread awareness and industry support for their campaigns.
Develop creative content that resonates with diverse audiences and encourages businesses and individuals to take action.
About You
Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing, communications, or campaign management role.
Strong background in advocacy or purpose-driven marketing.
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, PR, social media, events, partnerships).
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
A strong understanding of the hospitality, food, and drink industries (desirable but not essential).
Experience working with stakeholders, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaign messages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, mission-driven team.
Passion for equity, inclusion, and social change.
The role is a 30 hour week, with flexible working from both central London and also working from home. It is also a 4 day week, so you can choose which days you want to do.
