SearchLight Ventures
is a cinema, entertainment, and hospitality group, operating 18 venues across the UK, including Light Cinemas, Light Entertainment, and All Star Lanes.
Our latest site in Huddersfield, opened in April 2025, offers 15 leisure activities and six cinema screens across three floors, covering over 70,000 square feet. Technology and data drive our operations, but our focus remains on providing excellent service and experiences for our guests.
As we grow, we are continually seeking talented and passionate individuals and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our head office team at Searchlight Ventures.
The Role:
As a
Marketing Manager
for leisure you will be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for All Star Lanes and The Light Entertainment in line with marketing plan. Working closely with Digital Marketing Executive you will lead a CRM strategy to deliver social and digital plan together with taking ownership for brand positioning and work cross-functionally to ensure the marketing efforts directly contribute to commercial success.
What you will be doing:
Own the CRM strategy for All Star Lanes to drive database growth
Lead an optimize paid media, PPC and search campaigns for All Star Lanes to deliver revenue growth
Monitor website performance for All Star Lanes to enhance user journey and drive conversion
Report on key digital metrics, including traffic, ROI and competitor analysis for All Star Lanes
Support the Head of Sales
Collaborate with CRM Manager and Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility and generate engagement for both brands(Light Entertainment and All Star Lanes)
Continuously track and implement emerging digital trends and technologies for both brands
Manage and execute seasonal campaigns ensuring alignment with brands tone
Maintain strong relations with third party and local relationships with local councils, BIDS, and community stakeholders
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including new venue launches
What you need to succeed:
Min 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential leisure is essential to be considered
Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)
Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills-comfortable working cross-functionally
A creative thinker who's passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing
Confident analyzing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
