Marketing Manager -- B2B Podcast Marketing (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at our fast-growing podcast marketing agency, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategies that fuel our global growth. We specialize in helping brands and thought leaders grow their influence, expand their audiences, and generate high-quality leads through the power of podcasting. With a rapidly expanding presence in Europe, the USA, and beyond, we're looking for a driven, strategic thinker who can elevate our brand visibility, develop a personal brand for our CEO, optimize performance across digital channels, and align marketing initiatives with business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with sales, client success, and content teams to drive campaigns that attract and convert ideal clients, positioning us as a leader in the podcast marketing space.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation across global markets.
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email, social media, paid media, and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and support pipeline growth.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
Manage the creation of engaging content that positions the agency as a thought leader in the podcasting industry.
Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, website content, and other brand assets.
Identify trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities to innovate and stay ahead in the podcast marketing space.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
Support event marketing efforts, including webinars and virtual events to promote the agency's expertise.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Develop a global and fast growing personal brand for our CEO in the marketing agency / consulting world, including speaking opportunities, awards, content and social presence.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within an agency environment, media, podcasting, or B2B services.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and lead generation targets.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Skilled in marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling marketing content.
Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or creative partners is a plus.
Familiarity with podcasting, audio media, or content marketing trends is highly desirable.
Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
