Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven ability to analyse market trends and develop effective strategies. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, project management expertise, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions. This role will cover the 5 Dental Practices that we currently have which is Croydon, Catford, Bromley, Notting Hill & Cobham.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Manage and oversee marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Lead social media management efforts, crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics to inform decision-making. Foster strong leadership within the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure professional development.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management methodologies to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Ability to analyse market data effectively to inform strategic decisions. Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and practices. Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Skilled in social media management with a creative approach to content creation. Familiarity with Google tools for analytics and campaign tracking. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
