Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing efforts across social media, content creation, campaign planning, and brand building. The ideal candidate is not only digitally savvy and audience-oriented, but also passionate about the intersection of global education, youth development, and cross-cultural communication.
You will be responsible for driving brand growth, generating qualified leads, and managing content strategy across platforms including Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is pivotal as we scale our presence in the UK and Chinese markets and expand into new experiential service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand tone;
Manage social media accounts across China and global platforms (e.g. Rednote, TikTok, Instagram, WeChat);
Plan and run online campaigns to generate brand awareness, community growth, and qualified leads;
Lead content creation efforts, including posts, visuals, video editing, and collaborations with internal consultants;
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience behaviour to guide marketing direction;
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and optimize conversion funnels;
Track performance through marketing metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed;
Contribute to planning offline branding efforts (e.g. webinars, student events, school partnerships);
Oversee part-time interns and content assistants as the team grows.
Requirements / Skills
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, lifestyle, or youth-focused industries;
Excellent written communication skills in Mandarin and English;
Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms such as Rednote, WeChat, TikTok?
Experience in visual content creation -- posters, infographics, short videos preferred;
Strong project management and organizational abilities;
Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with experience in paid ads or campaign tracking tools as a plus;
A proactive mindset, adaptability to remote work, and interest in international education trends.
