The Role



This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead EcoScent's marketing function and drive brand growth across digital and offline channels. You'll work closely with our Sales Director and support a small marketing team, including a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager, who's creative and wants to expand their career and be part of our Marketing team to manage strategic marketing and social media strategies. We are a small team that works in a collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial way. The candidate will join a supportive team and will report directly to the Sales Director.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for company's marketing strategy and continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics, internally and externally. Your creative talents will be applied to manage digital advertisements, marketing materials, sales documents, trade show materials, social media and web graphics. To performing market research, market analysis, creating visual presentations and maintaining customer relationship management tools. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges and coming up with new innovative ideas and social media strategies and content. To manage and execute strategic marketing functions.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with company goals Lead and manage brand consistency across digital, print, and packaging materials Oversee and update the WordPress website and Shopify store to enhance online experience Proven people management skills, with the ability to mentor and lead the Marketing Assistants and Graphic Designer. Responsible for conducting quarterly KPI reviews and driving continuous performance improvement on a monthly basis. Fully accountable for managing the marketing budget, including tracking spend, analysing campaign performance, and reporting on marketing ROI. Create and manage email campaigns, social media strategies, and marketing automation Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and partner marketing opportunities Work with clients and our design team to support private label packaging and brand assets Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine messaging and offers Manage internal and external communications to maintain a strong brand presence

What We're Looking For



Degree in Marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house), preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong experience with WordPress, Shopify, and digital marketing tools (email platforms, SEO, analytics) Excellent copywriting and communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage Strong organisational and project management skills Eye for design, detail, and brand alignment A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Knowledge of the fragrance or lifestyle/wellness industry is a bonus, but not essential
