Teads has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and online video advertising to join our UK team based in London.
This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the Teads brand in the UK including being responsible for the communication strategy and marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the UK market. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Teads achieves strong commercial success.
As UK Marketing Manager, you will report to the European Marketing Director based in London and will work alongside a Marketing and Event Manager also based in London. This role is currently an individual contributor but there may be an opportunity to grow a team. The successful candidate will shape the marketing and communication strategy for Teads UK and should be prepared to take on a hands-on approach supporting a variety of projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to :
Work closely with the European Marketing Director on the local budget including forecasting and tracking;
Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads UK across our brands/advertisers and agency clients and our publisher portfolio including newsletters, campaign management and social posts;
+ Aligning with the global team on leveraging central content and localising where it makes sense
+ Working with the commercial team on any sales materials required
+ Providing a full year strategy on third party partnerships and budget requirements
+ Owning the case study process end-to-end and ensuring content is promoted effectively using internal and external channels
+ Tracking impact and results of all content produced and providing regular reporting to Senior Marketing Director to be leveraged in central marketing comms including QBRs, Townhalls and Internal Newsletters Own the UK Award process including;
+ Defining key moments across the calendar year
+ Reviewing suitable categories and drafting award entries
+ Collaborating with the global team and the intelligence team on suitability Work closely with the local PR agency on a communication strategy including thought leadership, press releases and comment opportunities
Align with key stakeholders such as the sales, marketing and publisher orgs to ensure marketing collateral and content is fit for purpose
Consult with the wider team on suitable content across key activation points including Converge events; vertical events, industry events and agency activations involving;
+ Aligning the global and UK plan with proactive and suitable recommendations
+ Ensuring decks are up-to-date with relevant data and messaging
+ Briefing speakers when required
We are looking for a passionate self-starter who is enthusiastic about marketing, able to manage multiple projects and ideally with a strong understanding of the AdTech industry.
Experience/background :
5+ years of professional experience, working in B2B marketing with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communication activities - media, websites, publications, marketing, social media and events;
Strong communication skills including verbal and written for preparing and presenting press releases etc in an advertising environment;
Experience working with stakeholders of all levels including senior leadership;
Experience working with senior marketers at agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organisation an advantage;
Creative flair to bring fresh ideas and marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery;
Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure and in a non-precious way;
Excellent organisational and planning skills, and experience in managing communications projects from start to finish, with demonstrable experience of successful prioritization and allocation of resources;
Experience working with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn an advantage;
Excellent spoken and written English;
Proven to be a proactive and diligent self-starter with an ability to coordinate and prioritise, utilising resources effectively;
Strong organisational skills with very high attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organisation and externally
