The Role



We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies across the UK market. This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty or lifestyle brands, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

In this role you'll get to:

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential.

Product Launches:

Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with NPD, sales, and global teams.

Influencer & PR:

Manage influencer partnerships and PR activations to drive awareness and engagement.

Insights & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform future strategies.

Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Team Leadership:

Champion the development and success of a Junior Marketing Manager.

Distributor Marketing Support:

Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Sales & Social teams to support growth initiatives.

What we are looking for in you:

4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.

Strong understanding of UK consumer and retail landscape.

Experience managing 360 campaigns and working with external agencies.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
