We are seeking a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead this function for the practice. This role will suit a proactive and confident marketer who thrives in busy creative environments, enjoys building relationships, and is keen to make an impact across communications, business development and events. As the Marketing lead, you'll work closely with the Partner Group and Associates, as well as other key stakeholders within our practice and externally.
The role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing within architecture, interiors or the built environment, although we're still keen to hear from those who've worked in other sectors but have a keen interest in architecture.###
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the practice's business goals
Plan annual marketing calendar and campaigns to support new business, thought leadership and reputation
Create engaging content across our digital channels, including website updates, newsletters and social media
Build relationships with journalists and editors in architecture, design, and built environment media.
Manage our press activities, including identifying opportunities and ensuring that we have appropriate copy and press packs for external circulation
Track analytics and provide insight reports on performance and engagement
Produce marketing collateral, including RFPs, award submissions and presentations
Develop and maintain our CRM, marketing systems and records
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with Partners and senior team members to support bids, tenders, and new business opportunities
Research and identify potential clients, projects, and strategic opportunities
Plan and manage events and speaking engagements to elevate the practice's profile
Coordinate project photography
Assist the Partners in the development of the marketing and comms strategy
Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing assistant and assist in their career development

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualification in Marketing Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisational skills; ability to work well independently and collaboratively
Agile in shifting priorities to work within tight deadlines
Strong graphic design skills
Confident in using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
CRM experience
Strong presentation and strategic thinking abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
