Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, enhance our online presence, and engage our target audience effectively.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Marketing Manager

to lead our UK expansion. The candidate will be responsible for establishing our UK office and developing long-term business relationships with importers, wholesalers, and distributors of rice and frozen vegetables.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage the UK office for KLA Foods India Ltd. Identify, approach, and onboard buyers of rice and frozen vegetables in the UK market. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand market presence. Build strong relationships with importers, distributors, and wholesalers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Report directly to senior management in India on progress and performance.

Requirements

Minimum

15 years of experience

in marketing and sales of

rice and/or frozen vegetables

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record in establishing new markets and driving sales growth. Strong network with UK importers, distributors, and food businesses is preferred. Ability to work independently and establish office operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution ability.
