About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our luxury retail brand strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, brand positioning, and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels while driving brand growth and desirability.

Key Responsibilities:



Brand Strategy & Development



Create, define, and execute the brand strategy to enhance brand equity and market position Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, retail, events, and partnerships Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges Identify and define our core customer personas using market research, customer insights, and sales data Refine brand messaging and positioning based on customer behaviour and feedback

Marketing & Campaign Management



Plan and implement high-impact marketing campaigns that align with the brand's luxury positioning Collaborate with internal teams (digital, retail, and product) to ensure a seamless brand narrative Manage internal and external relationships to deliver best-in-class creative brand output

Customer Engagement & Experience



Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty within the luxury retail sector Work closely with the retail and digital teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey Leverage customer data and insights to refine brand messaging and tailor experiences to different customer segments Ensure the brand's tone, content, and engagement strategies resonate with our audience's lifestyle and preferences

Partnerships & Events



Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships and collaborations Lead the planning and execution of high-profile brand events and activations Represent the brand at key industry events and networking opportunities

Performance & Budget Management



Define and track key brand performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all initiatives Report on campaign effectiveness, brand perception, and customer engagement

Skills & Experience Required:





7+ years experience in marketing management within the luxury sector Strong understanding of luxury consumers, trends, and brand storytelling Experience in customer segmentation and leveraging insights to inform brand strategy Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience working with creative agencies, PR teams, and digital marketing channels Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and brand heritage

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in a global luxury retail brand or high-end fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sector Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and luxury e-commerce trends
