As Marketing Manager, you'll shape and deliver a dynamic retail vision - driving innovation, pricing strategy, compliance, and customer engagement across a diverse estate.
From developing creative campaigns and managing digital content to ensuring operational excellence and supporting new site mobilisations, this role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real difference.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a brand ambassador, influencing strategy and delivering meaningful impact across the business.

A day in the life of Marketing Manager:

Lead and deliver the retail marketing strategy across Aramark UK's Government Services division
Drive innovation, compliance, and customer engagement across Defence, Judicial, and wider Government sectors
Develop and execute retail strategy and vision
Manage pricing strategies, compliance, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with site teams and central functions to deliver impactful retail experiences
Support mobilisation of new contracts and outlets
You'll be set up for success if you have:

3-4 years' experience in a retail marketing or retail management role
Experience in retail pricing strategies and compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of customer experience and retail trends
Degree in marketing, business, or related field (CIM qualification desirable)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
