We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Luton. In this pivotal role, you will lead our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional catering services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our catering services. Manage social media channels and create engaging content to attract potential clients. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions. Oversee project management for marketing campaigns from inception to execution. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the catering or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Experience with project management methodologies. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
