The Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that

drive awareness of Indigo's core service offerings into our key target markets

.



Key Objectives




Define, manage and deliver the annual marketing plan in line with both short-term tactical KPI's and longer-term strategy.

Create strong content, materials, propositions and customers references to support the product GTM plans

Lead the Indigo PR plan, both corporate and for the ELT

Build campaigns targeted at Indigo core markets

across US, Europe and Asia (website, social, digital and traditional channels) leveraging our key products, driving pipeline through further awareness amongst our customer base and acquisition market targets.

Champion our employee brand

leveraging our talent to be at the forefront of customer and target acquisition awareness. Manage and maintain all marketing partners and suppliers within the ecosystem Ensure a high-quality support for internal people, ESG and sustainability communications in line with corporate priorities.

Main Responsibilities


Create compelling content

that communicates the value of Indigo's services. Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Manage digital channels, including Indiotg.com website, SEO, paid media, and social platforms. Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars and trade shows. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales, HR, and operations. Build marketing partnerships with vendor and service partner community Track KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities using analytics tools.

Working Environment


Based at HQ in Magor, South Wales, with hybrid working options. Reports to a remote Chief Commercial Officer. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.



About You

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or telecoms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably in a technology or communication field Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Proficient in

WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics

. Experience with

HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms

. Familiarity with

video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva)

. Skilled in

PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)

. Proven ability to manage

social media campaigns and paid advertising

.
