The Role
We're looking for a confident, ambitious Marketing Manager to assist with defining our strategy and own the execution across every touchpoint. You'll be the first full-time marketing hire, shaping the direction, running the campaigns, testing the ideas, and building the brand.
This is a hands-on role. One day you might be writing copy for a new email sequence. The next, you're briefing a videographer or jumping into Canva yourself. If you've got range, energy, and initiative, we want to talk to you.
Your top 6-month objectives:
V Generate high-quality leads for our developer sales team
V Build ADVSR's brand presence across social, email, and partnerships
V Create impactful marketing materials for advisors and brokerages
Your day-to-day might include:
V Designing and executing marketing campaigns end-to-end
V Managing and evolving our email funnels (Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns)
V Creating social media content, stories, and posts - with or without our SMM
V Writing landing pages and optimising them for conversions
V Creating or briefing video assets
V Identifying and testing new channels and growth experiments
V Analysing campaign performance and making data-backed decisions
V Supporting outbound efforts with marketing materials and case studies
V Representing ADVSR's tone and personality to the world
What We're Looking For
V 3-5+ years in a SaaS, startup, or B2B marketing role
V Comfortable using video, social, and email as core marketing tools
V Experience with Zoho CRM / Campaigns (or similar tools like HubSpot)
V You can execute - design, write, edit, post, and optimise
V Clear thinker with a self-starter attitude
V Confident communicator - able to present ideas and back them up
V Strategic mindset, but you're not afraid to get your hands dirty
V A natural hype-person: people feed off your energy
