About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team for a FTC. This person will be responsible for executing campaigns, coordinating events, writing and creating content and email marketing, managing agencies and in house team. This opportunity spans organising photoshoots in private gardens, to working at Chelsea Flower Show.

The ideal candidate has established experience in a 360 marketing role, is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a team environment and independently.

Range of responsibilities:

Execute marketing strategies and campaigns on and offline to drive sales and increase brand awareness Create engaging content for online and email marketing Use CRM and marketing automation to process leads Coordinate and participate in consumer-facing events and trade shows Manage external agencies and 1 in house executive Create literature for print Supporting business needs

About You:

Minimum 5 years of industry experience Either: hold a relevant CIM qualification, or have equivalent work-based experience Agency background or 360 client-side experience Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of marketing principles Creative, analytical, with strong project management skills Team player who can collaborate across the company Experience in e-commerce/ B2C Creative problem solver with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
