Our award-winning team ensures large-scale projects hit the ground running, providing a range of support to maximise success. We also own Raccoon.co.uk and offer custom campaign extras through the Raccoon branding store.

We follow a content-led, inbound approach to marketing and are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join part-time as maternity cover.

Your Role



You'll be a HubSpot specialist, working hands-on with email sequences, workflows, automations, and nurture campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our small marketing team to educate and inspire our audience, while supporting sales to drive growth through 2026.

You'll guide marketing in line with They Ask, You Answer (TAYA) principles, using insight and analysis to inform your decisions. This is a fully remote role, with daily Teams checks-ins and the option to work from our Edenbridge office whenever you like.

Key Responsibilities

Hubspot, Automation & Emails



Create and manage email templates, sequences, and nurture campaigns in HubSpot.

Build and maintain workflows to support the marketing and sales teams.

Monitor and optimise campaign performance to identify new opportunities.

Website and CMS Management



Create, update, and manage service and landing pages across multiple websites.

Potentially work on a third website using an existing CMS (training provided).

Ensure website content supports the customer journey and inbound strategy.

Content, Social & Community



Write and send the monthly newsletter to nurture our clients and community.

Manage and schedule posts across channels, supporting a social media manager (TBD).

Collaborate with our content writer to ensure messaging remains on-brand.

Innovation & Integration



Research and review new Hubspot features to see if they're viable for our business.

Integrate third-party tools for data capture and process improvement.

About You



Advanced HubSpot skills and 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in creating email campaigns, nurtures and workflows.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and with an understanding of SEO best practice.

Familiar with basic image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva.

Pro-active and able to manage your own workload across a 3-day week.

Comfortable working within a small but productive marketing team.

Curious, eager to learn, and with a keen interest in the customer's journey.
