About the Role

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a Marketing Manager, to join our expanding team. As Marketing Manager you will play a key role in shaping our vision and lead our marketing strategy.


You will manage our HubSpot platform, oversee content creation (including photo and video editing), work with external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.


This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership and deliver measurable results in a growing, technically focused business.

What you will doing:

Lead inbound marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads


Manage HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub, including workflows and reporting


Produce and edit engaging photos and videos for campaigns and social media


Oversee SEO, content strategy and digital campaigns


Launch and promote new services areas end to end


Manage our PPC agency to drive paid campaign performance


You will work very closely as a team with your direct report Content Marketer to drive impactful campaigns

What we are looking for

We are looking for a confident, experienced marketer with a strong background in driving and leading a marketing strategy


You will have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills


Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and external agencies


B2B Marketing experience


Data driven with strong reporting and campaign analysis skills


Hubspot Marketing expertise

This role is office based at our Head Office in Crownhill and is full time


0900 - 1700 Mon - Thur


0900 - 1615 Fridays
