We're looking for a dynamic, commercially minded

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, incorporating SEO, paid search, social media advertising, and content initiatives.

Serve as the main point of contact with the external marketing agency, ensuring cohesive execution of both digital and offline campaigns.

Continuously track and assess performance metrics across digital platforms, using insights to refine campaigns and improve return on investment.

Coordinate with internal teams, especially sales and product development to develop marketing materials, launch campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced marketing efforts and provide constructive feedback to enhance results.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain brand integrity and unified messaging across all channels.

Analyse key digital metrics -- such as site engagement, lead conversion, and social media reach -- to gauge campaign impact.

Prepare and present in-depth monthly performance summaries to management team, including actionable recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with teams across sales and product to create targeted marketing collateral and support go-to-market efforts.

Offer marketing support to cross-functional teams to ensure brand-consistent delivery across departmental projects.

Plan and implement internal communication and engagement initiatives where required.

Oversee the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimised for SEO, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile:



5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or B2B
technology environment.

Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns and external agency relationships. Strong grasp of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms. Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and adjust strategy
accordingly.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
