Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across all channels--including trade counters, digital, and business-to-business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned to company objectives and sales targets

Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms

Create and manage content for the website, email marketing, social media, and brochures etc.

Coordinate promotions and events for trade counters and customer engagement

Analyse campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on results and ROI

Work with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and sales enablement tools.

Work with Branch Managers to develop content, drive footfall to physical stores and increase customer engagement.

Manage external agencies for PPC and website design when required

Liaise with our in-house graphic designer when developing marketing materials.

Maintain and enhance the company's branding across all touchpoints

Manage marketing budgets and report on performance to the senior leadership team

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Person Specification

Essential:

Proven experience in a similar B2B marketing role

Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, Google AdWords and email marketing platforms

Creative eye with a commercial focus

Good organisational and time management skills

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in construction, architectural hardware, security, or access control sectors

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
