Community Home Solutions Ltd works with Local Authorities, Utilities, and Third Sector organisations to source funding and deliver retrofit solutions to domestic properties, predominantly in the Midlands.
We are now looking for a
Marketing Manager
to lead and manage all aspects of our marketing and communications. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for promoting our work, increasing brand visibility, engaging with stakeholders and - most importantly - driving
qualified lead generation
to support business growth.
You will oversee the development and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, letter drops and branded fulfilment. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party lead generation partners to ensure we meet company targets.

This role is based in our Nottingham office and will involve occasional travel across the Midlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning and delivery of the company's marketing strategy, aligned with growth and lead generation targets
Manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and content creation
Design and execute offline marketing campaigns, including targeted letter drops, branded collateral and community outreach
Manage and optimise the company website to ensure high-performing content and lead generation
Engage and manage third-party lead generation partners, ensuring quality, compliance and target performance
Analyse lead performance data and report on marketing KPIs to the senior leadership team
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials
Work closely with internal teams (retrofit, sales, operations) to align marketing campaigns with business needs and opportunities
Produce marketing assets that communicate the benefits of our services to customers and stakeholders
Organise and attend events, exhibitions, or meetings to promote CHS and identify new leads
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign development and positioning
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
Essential: Demonstrable experience delivering successful lead generation campaigns
Essential: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, email marketing platforms)
Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear, on-brand marketing copy
Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers to deadlines and budgets
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Highly organised and analytical with a strong commercial focus
Team player with a proactive attitude
Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance
Full, clean driving licence
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
Desirable: Knowledge of the energy efficiency, sustainability or housing retrofit sector
Desirable: Understanding of energy efficiency grant schemes such as the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
