Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals. Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO optimisation. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Analyse market data using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Create compelling content for various channels, including copywriting for websites, social media posts, and promotional materials. Manage the organisation's website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines (SEO). Supervise the design of visual content using Adobe Photoshop to enhance brand visibility. Oversee B2B marketing activities, fostering relationships with partners and clients through targeted campaigns. Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment. Organise events, webinars, or trade shows to promote the organisation's offerings effectively.

Qualifications



Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant IT tools. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making processes. Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for engaging content creation tailored for diverse audiences. Demonstrated expertise in social media management and B2B marketing strategies. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong time management skills coupled with organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
