The Role



We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Manager with a flair for words and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You'll play a key role in driving our marketing efforts, shaping campaigns, and ensuring that Royalcraft achieves measurable growth. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and has the ability to turn insights into action.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive and other team members to ensure campaigns are not only visually stunning but also deliver results.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Continuously analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and paid advertising alongside our external agencies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI. Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable insights to leadership.

Copywriting & Messaging



Create compelling copy for email campaigns, website updates, product descriptions, and advertisements. Ensure brand voice is consistent and engaging across all platforms.

Customer Insights & Market Research



Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviours. Keep an eye on competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Team Collaboration & Management



Work closely with the Junior Creative to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and visually engaging. Support the development of junior team members by offering mentorship and constructive feedback.

Digital Marketing Oversight



Manage social media calendars, paid ad campaigns, and email marketing strategies. Ensure the website is optimised for user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.

Qualifications/Requirements



A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or a product-focused business. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards. Experience creating and managing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid ads, email, etc.). Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of written work. A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects. A proactive, problem-solving approach with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
