This role plays a critical part in enhancing our brand awareness, and driving measurable results across all areas of the business. You will work closely with various departments and Directors to create social media and marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives, but will also have the ability to work independently.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company and take the reins of promoting our business in fun and engaging ways, support our hiring initiatives and promoting what we have to offer in products with our own brands .

General responoibilsites

Develop and manage marketing and social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Design impactful content using tools like Canva to align with the brand's message and image. Lead weekly marketing strategy meetings with company director and oversee content approval. Analyse and report on audience engagement metrics to refine strategies. Manage targeted paid-ad inc socials and google ads campaigns to promote the business and training program. Grow social media following and enhance brand image through innovative ideas. Organise and execute marketing and sales strategies/campaigns to increase sales using company data and ideas Collaborate with trading, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimise product offering and operational processes Conduct competitor analysis and demographic research to identify growth opportunities Manage Build and maintain relationships with Directors , championing brand objectives and revenue growth Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to meet business goals.

Who We're Looking For

Proven Social Media Expertise

: You have a strong background in managing and growing social media channels for a brand, with a portfolio of impactful campaigns.

Creative Visionary

: Full of ideas, you think strategically and execute concepts that captivate and engage audiences.

Campaign and Conversions:

Expereience in creating marketing campaigns and strategies

Analytical and Strategic

: You're skilled at interpreting data, measuring success, and adjusting strategies for optimal results.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable with social media management tools, Canva, and basic editing software, with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
