Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will manage our own brand portfolio, the Digital Marketing team, and develop and implement the digital marketing plan for key brands. The role is responsible for building brand equity, implementing marketing KPIs (including NPS), coordination with third-party agencies, supporting website development, and representing the business at trade fairs and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaigns - Manage and grow our brand portfolio, ensuring clear positioning and strong brand equity.

Corporate Websites and PR - Support website development, optimization, and content management to strengthen online presence. Prepare Press Releases for corporate and brand announcements.

Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; allocate resources effectively.

Digital Marketing - Prepare and deliver digital strategies across content, SEO/SEM, social, and paid channels.

Performance Management - Track and report on KPIs (incl. NPS, ROI, acquisition, engagement); provide insights to leadership.

Agencies & Partnerships - Coordinate with third-party agencies to maximize marketing impact and ensure quality delivery.

Trade Fairs & Exhibitions - Plan, coordinate, and support company participation in industry events.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role (brand and digital focus).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics.

Experience in building brand equity and implementing KPIs, including NPS.

Good project management, and international FMCG experience.

Demonstrated success coordinating with third-party agencies.

Strong background in trade fairs/exhibitions and website management.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (CIM/AMA qualification desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
