To get there, we need a

Marketing Manager

who can do more than just campaigns. We need someone who can reposition our brand, build thought leadership, and generate the pipeline that fuels our ambitious growth.

What you'll do



- Lead the shift in brand perception -- from team building ? leadership & L&D partner.
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies that attract HR, L&D, and senior leaders.
- Manage our website, content, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Create compelling case studies, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and facilitators to generate qualified leads.

Role Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to reposition our brand, drive client acquisition, and support our 50% growth targets in 2026. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution -- balancing brand building with data-driven lead generation.

Key Responsibilities



- Brand Positioning & Strategy: Lead the repositioning of BlueSky from a 'team-building' provider to a recognised leadership and L&D partner. Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals.

- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee redevelopment of the website to reflect 75% focus on leadership, diagnostics, and development. Drive SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, and automation to generate high-quality B2B leads. Manage CRM campaigns and nurture funnels for HR, L&D, and senior leadership decision-makers.

- Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling case studies, articles, and whitepapers showcasing BlueSky's expertise. Partner with facilitators to translate programme outcomes into impactful marketing content. Develop a content calendar for LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns.

- Campaign & Event Marketing: Build campaigns to fill 200 learning workshops and 100 experiential team-building events annually. Support client events, launches, and membership initiatives.

- Commercial & Reporting: Work with the sales team to align marketing activities to pipeline targets. Track ROI of campaigns, lead conversion, and marketing contribution to revenue. Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience



- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, training, or L&D.
- Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content, automation, CRM).
- Brand development and repositioning experience.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and campaign creation skills.
- Commercially minded -- confident with data, ROI analysis, and budget management.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with both leadership and delivery teams.

Desirable



- Experience marketing leadership programmes, diagnostics, or psychometrics (e.g. Insights Discovery, MBTI, DiSC).
- Knowledge of account-based marketing and B2B lead nurturing.
- Strong existing professional network in L&D/HR sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Perth PH1 3QX
