Job Summary


Wyresdale Park is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the success of our wedding business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing. This role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.



Marketing Management



Strategic Alignment:

Ensure all marketing efforts are directly targeted towards achieving overall sales targets.

Innovation & Growth:

Proactively explore and propose new marketing opportunities to expand reach and engagement.

Meeting Facilitation:

Lead productive in-house monthly marketing meetings to ensure actionable outcomes.

Platform Management:

Regularly update "Hitched" and all other relevant platforms with current offers, updates, and changes.

Event Coordination:

Plan and promote open days and other estate events

Digital Oversight:

Conduct monthly website audits to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Pricing Strategy:

Implement and manage price changes and packaged pricing structures.

Material Updates:

Ensure all sales materials on Canva are up-to-date and reflect brand standards.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct bi-annual venue research to stay competitive and identify trends.

Collateral Maintenance:

Ensure the Enquiries Brochure is consistently updated with the latest information, imagery, and branding.

Reporting:

Provide monthly reports to the General Manager/Company Director on marketing performance and initiatives.

Inventory Management:

Manage stock levels of promotional materials

Content Acquisition:

Liaise with photographers to obtain up-to-date photos and organise them into relevant albums and shared folders.

Sales Collaboration



Sales Driving:

Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement strategies that drive sales and achieve set targets.

Person Specification



Design Proficiency:

Demonstrated strong design skills, including the ability to edit and create marketing assets such as brochures and website content.

Data Management:

Proficient in navigating spreadsheets and possessing basic spreadsheet building skills, critical for effective project management.

Social Media Expertise:

Ability to create engaging social media content (including video) and a deep understanding of social media analytics.

Leadership & Project Management:

Proven experience in project management and leading a small team.

Adaptability:

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and performing effectively under pressured deadlines.

Experience



Proven experience in a marketing management role Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools. Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to enhance online presence. Experience with Canva or other design applications Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Exceptional time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 28,700.00-39,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
