Marketing Manager - Own the Strategy. Drive the Growth.

We're looking for a bold, commercially minded Marketing Manager ready to shape and lead our marketing future. This is your opportunity to design, implement, and own a marketing strategy from the ground up -- with the latest digital tools, lead generation tech, and Salesforce CRM at your fingertips.

You'll be driving two powerful engines:

A nationwide domestic service booking platform reaching customers across the UK. A large-scale commercial proposition spanning construction, retail, telecommunications, local authorities, manufacturing, and more.

In this varied role, you'll:

Take full responsibility for creating and executing a strategy that fuels growth and brand awareness. Harness data-driven insights to target and engage high-value sectors. Manage our in-house Brand & Design Manager and a network of agencies to deliver high-impact creative and content. Deploy the latest marketing and automation software to generate, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers.

We want someone who thrives on innovation, embraces technology, and can turn ideas into measurable results. You'll be at the helm of a marketing function that's central to our business success -- and you'll have the freedom to make it your own.

The business:

Recycling Lives Services delivers ethical, connected waste management and compliance solutions that turn your regulatory obligations into strategic value, powered by circular economy thinking, underpinned by expert compliance, and proven to create measurable environmental and social impact.

We work with businesses of all sizes to reduce waste, cut costs, and turn compliance into competitive advantage across the complete resource lifecycle. As one of only five UK providers across WEEE, Packaging, and Battery Schemes and the only one offering chemistry-specific reporting, we deliver unrivalled visibility, traceability, and confidence. From site services and collections to consultancy and reuse strategies, we make waste work harder while our compliance services go beyond box-ticking to reduce risk and unlock value. Our data-enabled digital Connected Portal gives customers detailed insight into carbon, cost, and compliance with real-time evidence to support audits, ESG reporting, and investor scrutiny. Backed by ISO, B Corp, and Cyber Essentials credentials, we ensure the waste journey contributes to a better world while building trust and creating lasting returns.

Reflecting our commitment to our team and their families, we are also proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, ensuring fair pay for the real cost of living.

Roles and responsibilities:

Design and execute targeted campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team to define qualification criteria and ensure a smooth handover of sales-ready opportunities. Implement lead scoring models and automation workflows to effectively prioritise and manage prospects.

Sector-Specific Marketing Growth

Develop and deliver tailored marketing strategies for key industries, informed by in-depth market research and sector insights. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders through targeted events, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives. Adapt messaging to address the specific challenges and priorities of each target sector.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage the performance of external vendors and agencies, including SEO specialists, PR agencies, and creative partners, ensuring delivery to agreed KPIs. Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, sales, and internal departments to ensure aligned messaging and a consistent customer experience.

Lead the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
