Overview



We are seeking a

motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant

to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the

Marketing Manager

and wider team to support daily marketing operations, assist with client onboarding (particularly from referrals), and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a

recent graduate or early-career professional

with at least

one year of experience

in marketing, digital content, or client coordination. You'll have the opportunity to develop hands-on skills across social media, content creation, and campaign management while working in a supportive and professional environment that encourages growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities



Support the

Marketing Manager and team

in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Onboard new clients

, particularly those joining through referrals, ensuring a smooth and professional process. Video editing and shooting on client visits. Assist with content creation across social media platforms and marketing materials. Help manage and schedule social media posts aligned with brand messaging. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support B2B initiatives. Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Support website updates and content uploads (WordPress knowledge preferred). Monitor campaign results using tools such as

Google Analytics

and

Excel

to generate performance reports. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Occasionally attend client meetings or events -- hence, a

valid driving licence

is required.

Skills & Experience



Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of

SEO, WordPress, and Adobe Photoshop

is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of video editing software is a must

. Strong copywriting and attention to detail. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is desirable but not essential -- training will be provided.

Full UK driving licence

required (own car is advantageous).
