Job Overview
:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services. You will lead campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales and lettings teams. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support property sales, lettings, and brand promotion.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing using platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Create and oversee engaging content for websites, blogs, social media channels, and other marketing platforms, utilizing design tools like Canva and Photoshop, and applying photography and video editing skills.
Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property showcases.
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and videos.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM platforms, providing reports and recommendations.
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and build partnerships with media outlets, vendors, and industry influencers.
Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property showcases.
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and videos.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Proficiency with design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
Photography and video editing skills.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to set up and manage email marketing campaigns.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the London real estate market.
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and marketing automation tools
