Position Overview:
As the Sales and Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the sales and lettings operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the team, setting and achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Continuous training and mentoring of the current Sales and Lettings team.
Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Sales and Lettings Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and lettings targets.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Act as the point of contact for high-value clients.
Marketing and Promotion:
Oversee marketing efforts to promote properties effectively.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create appealing property listings.
Utilize various marketing channels to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure all property transactions adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in property legislation.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on team performance and property listings.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and lettings within the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Chester and surrounding area property market.
Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Relevant industry certifications and licenses (e.g., NAEA, ARLA) preferred.
Full clean driving licence
